Some handles have a slippery feel or are overly rough to the touch; this knife’s handle finds the perfect balance between the two. This Wusthof cook’s knife also has a solid amount of heft to it without being so heavy that it feels unwieldy.
Speaking of balance, the knife’s overall balance (or weight ratio) is also great, thanks to the full tang (triple-riveted) and bolster.
